Decorative Upper Level Chase Tops can be made from a variety of materials
including Stainless Steel, Copper, Galvanized Metal, and Galvanized Paint Grip

is a lower level chimney chase top flashing?
A chimney chase top covers the top of the chimney chase and ensures that water
does not get into your home through the chimney opening. We fabricate our chase
tops out of 26 gauge galvanized prime sheet metal, and custom make them to fit
your chimney chase. Chase tops are designed to be used on many types of surfaces
including wood, brick or stone.
 What is roof jack flashing?
In some cases,a chimney chase is not built on
the roof of the house where the fireplace pipe will terminate. In this situation,
roof jack flashing is designed to cover the roof area where the fireplace pipe
exits the roof of the house. The purpose of roof jack flashing is to ensure that
water does not get into your home through this area. Roof jack flashing is fabricated
out of 26 gauge galvanized prime sheet metal and comes in different sizes to
ensure a proper fit.
