I had told my husband that your technician was amazing when he came out to work on our fireplace.

Let me expand.

He came to the door and first introduced who he was and what company he was with. I was actually in a hurry and probably wasn't that friendly. He actually removed his shoes upon entering the house. I showed him where the fireplace was and he went on to begin working on the fireplace. He was extremely careful not to make any mess and did an excellent job cleaning all the parts and the glass. He even explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Best of all, the fireplace now works. My husband was so bummed that he couldn't be here when your tech was here. He is an asset to your company. He truly knows his stuff and you can tell he thoroughly enjoys his job. Thanks for sending him to us!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
The installer just finished and the logs are working great. I must say it was the best experience I have ever had with contractor doing work in my home.
He called yesterday and confirmed his appointment. He then called when he was getting close to my home today. He arrived on time, was friendly, and prepared. His vehicle was clean and he had a very professional appearance. He worked fast and efficient, but he was not "rushed." He clearly knew what he was doing, and he clearly enjoyed do it. He went the extra mile to make sure the install was to my satisfaction. He trained me on the system and answered all my questions. He then did a thorough cleanup of the work area (it looks better now than before he got here). I offered to help clean up or carry out the trash but he politely said he could handle it. Finally after letting in run for a short time he went back and double-checked everything to make sure it was safe for my family. He tested the system to make sure it was functioning correctly even using special equipment to test for problems.

The gas logs look and work great. And the service was by far the best I have ever seen. Keep up the good work. And use me as a reference anytime.
